100,000,000,000 எவ்வளவு என்று கணக்கிட்டு விட்டீர்களா? ஆம், பத்தாயிரம் கோடி;இவ்வளவு செல்கள் நம் ஒவ்வொருவரின் மூளையிலும் உள்ளன. வியப் பின் உச்சிக்கேசென்று விட்டீர்களா? இவ்வளவு செல்களையும் நாம் பயன்படுத்த முடியாவிட்டாலும்,செல்களை கொல்லும் வேலையை மட்டும் செய்கிறோம். சரியாக சாப்பிடாமல், சரியாகதூங்காமல், உடலை சரியாக வைத்துக் கொள்ளாமல். இதனால் தான் சோர்வு முதல், பலபிரச்னைகளும் ஏற்படுகின்றன. ஒருவர் கோமா நிலைக்கு செல்வதற்கும் இது தான்காரணம்.

ஆம், உங்கள் மூளையில் உள்ள செல்களை கொல்லாதீர்கள்; என்னது, நமக்கு நாமேமூளை செல்களை கொல்ல முடியுமா என்று கேட்கலாம். அது தான் இப்போது இளையதலை முறையினரிடம் காணப்படுகிறது.

உடலின் ஒட்டுமொத்த நிர்வாகத்துக்கு காரணம் மூளை தான்; மூளை செல்கள் தான்,உடலில் ஒவ்வொரு இயக்கத்தையும் கட்டுப்படுத்துகிறது. அதனால், தண்ணீர் குடிக்கமட்டும் மறக்கக்கூடாது.

தரை சுத்தமாக…
இப்போதெல்லாம், வீட்டை சுத்தமாக்கவே, பல வகை ரசாயன பாட்டில்கள் வந்துவிட்டன.எதற்கெடுத்தாலும் இந்த ரசாயன கலவையை “ஸ்ப்ரே’ செய்து விடும் போக்கு அதிகரித்துவிட்டது. ஒரு பக்கம், கிருமிகள் பூச்சிகள் வராமல் தடுக்கிறது என்றாலும், அதைசுவாசிப்பதால், நம் மூளை செல்கள் குறைய வாய்ப்பு அதிகம்.

இது போலத்தான் பெயின்ட் போன்ற ரசாயன கலவைகளை நுகர்வதும் கெடுதல் தான்.முடிந்தவரை பாதுகாப்பாக பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும்.

காய்கறி, பழங்கள்
இந்த மூளை செல்கள் பாதிப்பை தவிர்க்க, சிம்பிள் வழி இதோ; எதுவும் செய்யவேண்டாம்; டாக்டரிடம் போக வேண்டாம்; பச்சைக் காய்கறிகளை உணவில் சேர்த்துக்கொள்ளுங்கள்; பழங்களை சாப்பிடுங்கள். போதும்.

பி 12, பி 6 போன்ற வைட்டமின் சத்துகள் கிடைப்பது, பச்சைக் காய்கறிகளிலும்,பழங்களிலும் தான். இதை மறந்து விடாதீர்கள்.

HOW TO SUCCEED IN SELF IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM

In order to succeed at any self-improvement program, you must to do the following:1. Decide on what you want and desire. This is your intention. Write down what you want on paper. If you want it, you can have it. Start with one intention and work on that and then you can go to the next, etc. Always focus on a positive outcome.Never say, “I DON'T WANT this”, such as “I don't want to be broke”. Instead, focus on what you WANT, such as “I want to attract more money into my life”.As you do this I want you to focus on a THREE LETTER WORD that will guarantee your success. The three letter word is WHY…You must be clear on WHY you want your goal or desire, or WHY you want to fulfill a certain dream. Always, always, always (should I say that again?) keep your focus on WHY you are doing what you are doing. A-L-W-A-Y-S!Otherwise you will give up when the slightest obstacle stands in your way or it doesn't seem like it is “working”.This is why 99% of people fail at any attempt to improve their life. They are not clear on WHY they want what they want.They are not clear on the BENEFITS. The WHY is always more important than the HOW. In other words, WHY you want something will motivate you to achieve it. Worrying or trying to figure HOW you are going to get it only pushes it further away. So always focus on the WHY. Your subconscious mind must be convinced that what you desire is what you really want. Not what you think you “should” want, or what others want for you, but what youTRULY want. If it perceives any change as a “have to”, “should” or “must”, such as“I have to do this”, “I should do this”, or “I must do this”, it will resist the change. That will cause lack of perseverance. As soon as you encounter the first obstacle that comes along, your subconscious will give you all the logical reasons why you should quit. If you focus on WHY you want what you want you will not give up easily but will be motivated to keep moving toward your goal, even if you have a temporary setback.2. Commit yourself 100% to follow through UNTIL you get a result. Read it again! I didn't say IF you get a result. There is a huge difference. I said UNTIL you get a result. Keep in mind, there is only one way to fail, and that is to quit.3. Suspend your disbelief. Do not prejudge whether or not the self improvement program, book or strategy you are using will work. Suspend your disbelief that it will NOT work for you. Keep in mind that it has worked for others and it WILL work for you.One the most common obstacles I run into with clients is that they think, “I know this has worked for others, but in my caseit is different.” In fact, I have never worked with a client who didn't think that in their case it was “different”.Trust me, your case is not different. Your circumstances may be different, but the underlying problem is the same.4. Don't judge results too quickly. Often people will have quick results when making a change because they are ready for the change and they have aligned their energy (more on that later) You could be one of them, but allow some time for adjustment.Don't measure your results in hours, days, weeks, etc. ANY improvement is a forward movement. Use even a small improvement as a building block to take the next step forward.You will continue to move forward as long as you focus on what you want instead of what you don't want. (Review Lesson 1)Remember when you learned to ride a bike. It was relatively difficult at first to keep your balance. Then you got rolling and it seemed so easy. In the beginning we are often out of balance. Sometimes it takes a little while to regain our balance.5. Measure progress from where you started. There are two groups of people. The first group measures their progress against some kind of an ideal. The second group measures their progress against where they started.Measuring your progress against some ideal is kind of like trying to travel to the horizon. You can never get there because no matter how you move toward it, the horizon always recedes, so it always seems to be an equal distance away from where you start. People that have that strategy in deciding whether or not they are making progress are always frustrated because it always seems to them that they are making no progress.The second group of people are those that note where they were when they started. When they look back, it is obvious that they have made progress. Once I get this concept across to people, they will often say, “My God I have been doing that my whole life and I have been frustrated about everything that I have done. Now I suddenly realize that I have been making all kinds of progress in lots of areas of my life and I didn't even see it”.We need to measure our progress from where we start. If you measure your progress on the horizon (ideal goal) you will always be frustrated.6. Focus on the next step. Always focus on what you have to do NOW - IN THIS MOMENT. Forget about future results. Just keep your point of focus on what you want to accomplish IN THIS MOMENT.Usually when you start to see progress you have this impulse to want to rush things. You want things to change “right now: This pushes you and drives you to “force” thingsto happen. As you will learn, less effort creates more results.7. Doing What You KnowI am sure you know people who have studied personal improvement material most of their lives and have not made any SIGNIFICANT changes. They read, study and attend self-improvement seminars and nothing, or very little, seems to change.Why is this so? Simply because they are self-improvement “junkies”. Like any junkie they need a “fix”. But the problem is that even though it is a positive fix, they are still addicts. They are addicted to the illusion that the more they study and learn, the more their life will improve. If they can just find that one book, one program, one strategy they are looking for, their lives will turn around. Of course, they never find it because they are addicted to COLLECTING INFORMATION. They read all the books and listen to the tapes and CD's and study, but they don't move forward.Here's why…It is not enough to KNOW what to do - you must DO what you know. Read it again!In other words, MORE INFORMATION is not the answer. Even the information you are learning in this e-course. I promise you that when you finish this course you will KNOW what to do.However, the goal for this e-course is to get you to DO what you KNOW.I am not saying that learning new techniques and strategies is not helpful. A Good Lesson for those who never lose Hope and who dont want to quit in Life...One day I decided to quit... I quit my job, my relationship, my Spirituality... I wanted to quit my life.I went to the woods to have one last talk with God. God, I said. Can you give me one good reason not to quit? His answer surprised me... Look around, He said. Do you see the fern and the bamboo? Yes, I replied. When I planted the fern and the bamboo seeds, I took very good care of them. I gave them light. I gave them water. The fern quickly grew from the earth. Its brilliant green covered the floor. Yet nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo. In the second year the fern grew more vibrant and plentiful. And again, nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo. He said. In year three there was still nothing from the bamboo seed. But I would not quit. In year four, again, there was nothing from the bamboo seed. I would not quit. He said. Then in the fifth year a tiny sprout emerged from the earth. Compared to the fern it was seemingly small and insignificant... But just 6 months later the bamboo rose to over 100 feet tall. It had spent the five years growing roots. Those roots made it strong and gave it what it needed to survive. I would not give any of my creations a challenge it could not handle. He said to me. Did you know, my child, that all this time you have been struggling, you have actually been growing roots?I would not quit on the bamboo. I will never quit on you. Don't compare yourself to others. He said. The bamboo had a different purpose than the fern. Yet they both make the forest beautiful. Your time will come, God said to me. You will rise high.How high should I rise, I asked. How high will the bamboo rise? He asked in return. As high as it can?, I questioned.Yes. He said, Give me glory by rising as high as you can. I left the forest and brought back this story. I hope these words can help you see that God will never give up on you. He will never give up on you!

The effect of Gems is basically through the energy vibrations it creates when worn in the body and also through its colour. It may not be irrelevant here to mention the system of colour therapy to cure diseases and also the application of colour concept in various other psychic healing techniques.

It has since been scientifically proved and documented the various frequencies of energy vibrations emitted by the organic Gem stones . They vary from Gems to Gems and compares well with the energy vibrations to offset the imbalance produced in the human body by the deficiency or otherwise of the vital elements which areas being called the 'Panchabootha' or the basic five elements viz. Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Ether which results in the three types of Doshas (Classification of human body chemistry in Ayurveda) viz Vaatha , Pittha , and Kabha.


Having seen the evolution of Gem therapy and its curative qualities let me explain in brief the various Gems and its uses in Astrology
The ancient Ayurvedic researchers studied healing properties of gems, and found that different stones created different effects in the human body. The planets were seen to have corresponding colors. The color or vibration of the gems affects the human body. They absorb and reflect (like a filter) the planetary rays or vibrations. Thus, gems relate to specific energy waves. It was found that the gems associated with each planet have varying wavelengths.

The planetary vibrations are negative, while the radiation of the stones is positive. When the positive and negative vibrations are combined, they are neutralized. Just as an umbrella or sunscreen protects one from the sun, so gems protect one from the influence of the planets.
Gem Tinctures
Gem tinctures are prepared like herb tinctures. Gems are soaked for some time in a 50%-100% alcohol solution. Diamonds or sapphires (hard gems) are soaked from one full moon to the next full moon (one month). Opaque stones - pearls, coral (soft stones) - are soaked for shorter time periods or in weaker solutions.

Special Ayurvedic preparations exist in which gems are burnt into ash. This removes their harmful effects, enabling them to be ingested. Traditionally, gems were crushed and/or burnt in long processes to make ash. Sometimes they are taken alone, sometimes they are mixed with herbs. Gem ash (bhasma) is more costly than herbs, but healing is quicker. Currently, they are not imported into the United States due to the lack of understanding of their safety.
Conclusion
We, as human beings, receive vital rays - subtle cosmic radiation from planets that influence our attitudes, behaviour, and environment. This planetary radiation has a definite impact on our ever-changing psychological dispositions. Stones and gems, coming in direct contact with the skin, exercise an electromagnetic influence over cells.

Man's body contains carbon and various metallic elements that are also present in plants, metals, and jewels.
